- OTS Services was founded by a local, former Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Officer. and has proudly been in business since 2004. OTS (“Out There Somewhere”) Services is an agency accredited by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to assist individuals with fingerprinting services.
- OTS Services is here to help you. OTS offers quick, confidential fingerprinting services, in a professional, and friendly atmosphere. Our office is located close to downtown Guelph, with free parking on site for your convenience. (The competition has no parking). We assist individuals inside and outside of Cananda with obtaining their Canadian background check.

A Canadian Record Suspension (formerly known as a pardon) seals your criminal record, keeping the convictions “separate and apart” from a criminal record search in the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) database. It doesn't erase the conviction, but it does “hide it”, thereby meaning your record will come back clean on standard background checks. A Record Suspension can assist with employment, housing, volunteer opportunities, or to remove any stigmatization that one may feel with a criminal record. In effect, a record suspension is a formal way to demonstrate you've rehabilitated and reintegrated into society, allowing you to move forward in life and put your past behind you.
